Walker Ranch Ministries (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides an outdoor venue for churches, ministries, and faith-based groups. By accessing or using our website and facilities, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

1. Website Use

 

• You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes related to requesting reservations, learning about our ministry, or communicating with Walker Ranch Ministries.

• You may not use this site to transmit harmful, unlawful, or inappropriate content, or to interfere with its operation.

• All website content, including text, graphics, and images, is the property of Walker Ranch Ministries and may not be reproduced without permission.
   

2. Reservation Requests

 

• Submitting a Reservation Request Form does not guarantee availability. Reservations are confirmed only upon written approval from Walker Ranch Ministries.

• Confirmed reservations will be accompanied by a copy of our Venue Rules, Safety Guidelines, and Terms of Use.

• Walker Ranch Ministries reserves the right to decline or cancel reservations if they conflict with our mission, values, or availability.
   

3. Venue Use
 

• Visitors must comply with all posted Venue Rules, safety guidelines, and clean-up expectations.

• All activities are at the sole risk of participants. A signed Waiver and Release of Liability is required for individuals and/or group leaders.

• Minors (under 18) must be supervised by designated adults at all times.

• Alcohol, illegal drugs, and inappropriate conduct are not permitted on the property.

4. Liability

• Walker Ranch Ministries is not liable for injuries, accidents, property loss, or damages occurring on the premises.

• Use of facilities, including the pavilion, kitchen, grill, lake, docks, kayaks, and other recreational areas, is at the discretion and risk of the visitor.
  
   

5. Changes to Terms

 

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
